An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in Quenington on 12 month fixed term contract supporting the Purchasing team.,

• Process supplier purchase order confirmations


• Update and amend purchase orders in ERP


• Expedite delivery dates from suppliers


• Monitor & progress supplier delivery dates and communicate with suppliers


• Maintain supplier pricing and other information within ERP system


• Prepare various reports, as & when required


• Ensure supplier import documentation is accurate and received on time
  
  Previous administrative experience working in a busy office environment (Purchase team preferable)


• Experience of Microsoft Office software to a high standard


• Experience of an ERP/MRP system.


• Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise your own work, meet deadlines.


• High level of written and verbal communication skills


• Flexible approach and willingness to work as part of a team.
