Full Job Description

This is a new opportunity and career path with a fantastic team focused brand, who are looking for a Warehouse and Production Operatives to work the day shifts (early morning start). The role will require physical and manual tasks supporting a conveyor belt production line, stacking containers, and ensuring the correct products are brought from the warehouse to the production line, so that the daily workloads can be completed on time. Ready for distribution to clients.,

  • Working on a busy warehouse and production line environment (including conveyor belt, production machines, stacking, goods-in).

  • Following written instructions on daily work sheets, listing products needed for the shift for the production and machine operators.

  • Lifting, carrying, and handling products up to 25KG, (sacks of products, containers, using pallet trucks, walking up and down stairways, etc).

  • Movement of product around factory automation lines.

  • Quality checking and following precise instructions with hygiene, health and safety checks.


  • This opportunity is based near Winchester and offers free onsite parking, along with lots of other employee benefits and rewards.

  • Full-time, temporary to permanent.

  • 8-Hour shift, 40-hours per week, 5 days per week.

  • Early morning starts 6am.

  • Saturdays paid at time and a half.

  • Bank holidays worked replaced with time off in lieu.


  • Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour. Reviewed on successful completion of probation period!, Shift Pattern and career development (you must be able to commit to this to be considered for the role):
  • Trail / Induction Training shift patterns are Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:15pm.

  • Once training completed alternative shifts available (with increased hourly pay rate).
