Do you have strategic business experience with the ability to commit time and knowledge to help shape the future growth strategy of HEARTS Academy Trust in a way that will contribute to the continued educational success for our children? If so we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for business professionals to join the Board of Trustees to help grow and shape the future direction of our Trust. We would particularly welcome applications from those with an education or finance background.

Being a Trustee of a multi-academy trust is a challenging yet rewarding position. As a Trustee you will help set the strategic direction of the trust, hold senior leaders to account and oversee the trusts financial performance.

    HEARTS is a small innovative Academy Trust of six primary schools and an alternative provision for pupils with SEMH challenges. All provisions are based in the south of Essex. Our values are central to all that we do.
