Trainee Paralegal

As a Paralegal you will be expected to assist lawyers in our conveyancing teams on client matters from inception through to completion.,

What the job involves;

• Assist lawyers in the conduct and management of standard conveyancing transactions such as sale, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, registered titles, unregistered titles, leasehold and freehold properties.


• Proactively deal with a wide range of queries across all method of communications, supporting all colleagues within the department as well as liaising with existing and new clients,


• Ensure compliance with SRA, Lexcel, Law Society Quality Scheme standards, SARs and accounting requirements.
  
  We are looking for an ambitious individual to join Talbots as a Trainee Paralegal for our National Conveyancing department with at least 12 months experience within a conveyancing legal environment., At least 12 months experience of a Paralegal role within a conveyancing department.


• Be passionate about giving outstanding client care to both clients and refers.
