Full Job Description
- Be an expert in the onboarding journey, ensuring candidates are happy with their experience at Bank Partners
- Be responsible for ensuring candidates have completed all required processes, including payroll and system set up and provided with all mandatory items for their first Bank Partners placement.
- Take charge of candidate induction and delivering guidance
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Positive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- IT proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A customer service background
