Full Job Description

  • Streetworks administration, opening, monitoring, and closing of legally compliant Street Work notice requests.

  • Managing the receipt, registration and close out of Local Authority and Highway works notices.

  • Monitoring reinstatement compliance under the relevant Streetworks Acts

  • Collation of TTRO's applications, TTD codes, payment applications, TTRO application process from infancy to completion

  • Distribution of fines to engineers for extensions, overstays etc.

  • Collation of PO's and booking of TM to the relevant contract.

  • Supporting Managers in their representations to and negotiations with Local Authorities, Highways Agency, Norfolk County Council.

  • Prepares and distributes weekly, monthly Street Works reports as requested.

  • Liaise with external and internal team members to ensure efficient production of TM designs.

  • Assist with project administration.

  • Provision of business reports, as necessary.

    The ability to work under pressure and remain calm with a high attention to detail


  • Previous experience within a similar Civils role


  • A great attitude and fantastic work ethic


  • Previous experience working to tight deadlines maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.

  • Experience with raising, starting and stopping permits

  • Good IT/system skills
