Full Job Description

  • Providing street outreach to assist people who sleep rough with accessing accommodation, treatment, primary care, and other relevant services.

  • Walks and tours to target locations, to identify, engage with, and support customers.

  • Helping to build customer confidence, personal worth, motivation, emotional well-being, and work ethic.

  • Collaborating with external agencies for customer referrals.

  • Completing and maintaining relevant paperwork in line with data protection.

  • Undertaking risk assessments and creating plans with the customer.

    Confidence and excellent communications skills.

  • Knowledge of safeguarding, and homelessness legislation/practice.

  • NVQ in level 2/3 Social Care, or equivalent., Disability Confident

    £22,525.78 per annum
    Chester
    Permanent- 36 Hours per week over 4 days
    3-week rolling rota, including early shifts, starting at 6:30am, and late shifts, finishing 7pm. Working every third weekend, usually 6:30am to 4pm.
