Soft Landscaping Team Leader

Lead and manage tasks to successfully deliver high quality projects safely and on time for our customers. This role is accountable for all aspects of the quality and delivery performance of any assigned tasks and with the Department Works Manager, for growing and developing the individuals within the team.

  We at Greenfields are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Team leader to join our expanding team. Greenfields is a family run, ambitious business located just outside Gloucester. We are looking for a driven individual that is an excellent team player that is reliable and trustworthy., Have a full driving license


• Have soft landscaping experience


• Be able to deliver physical tasks in all weather conditions


• Experience operating garden machinery (although training will be provided)


• Maintain effective communication with line manager


• Have good time keeping skills


• Have good organisational skills


• Excellent communication skills


• Be a team player but also willing to occasionally alone work when required


• Be self motivated, reliable and trustworthy


• Proven experience of working within a landscaping environment and handling and knowledge of plants, soft landscaping: 4 years (preferred)


• team leading: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
