Social Housing Void Foreman

The role is to help the smooth delivery of projects within the social housing sector. You will work under the Operations Manager with day-to-day tasks.

We are looking for Applicants with previous experience in a similar role and the below is very desirable.

· Good understanding and knowledge of the building trade

· Comfortable holding difficult conversations with staff and clients.

· Social housing and SOR Codes

· Manage a team of operatives.

· Ensure deadlines and target dates are met on projects.
