Service Dispatcher

The Service Dispatcher is responsible for a seamless co-ordination between our field service team and clients. The Dispatcher controls all the logistics & communication between all stakeholders in respect of service, commissioning & repair activity. This position is part of the service administration department located in Salford Quays, Manchester and will be a hybrid role.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Schedule Field Service Technicians for a range of different service offerings (future scheduling, gaps scheduling, rescheduling, repairs)


• Ensure service execution with defined KPI's (OTD)


• Take ownership of dispatching schedule


• Creatively find solutions for ad hoc interventions/challenging situations


• Work constantly on Dispatch Optimizations (Routing, visit durations)


• Activate contracts in the Service Software, to ensure optimized visit plans
  
  Dispatching experience


• An understanding of service maintenance field work and customer interactions


• Good standard of written and spoken English skills
