Service & Aftersales Advisor

Newport Caravans are currently recruiting for a Service & Aftersales Advisor to assist in our Caravan and Motorhome service workshop. We are looking for a talented and driven individual with a passion for relationship building. Ideally candidates will have a proven track record in a customer service environment and experience within the caravan and motorhome industry is desirable but not essential.

Principle tasks;

• Managing inbound calls & e-mails to book in customers for works to be carried out.


• Creating job cards and invoicing for works and taking payments.


• Ensuring warranty claim paperwork is up to date to forward to our warranty department for processing


• Ordering of parts for the workshop through the shop


• Liaising with customers with progress updates face to face, over the telephone or e-mail.


• Handling customers at the front desk to book in caravans and motor homes and also handing back the vehicles once the works are complete


• Organising and communicating tasks between the workshop team
