Self-Employed Mortgage Advisor

We are looking for a fully qualified Mortgage Advisor to work alongside our estate agents and qualify leads from existing customers. We seek a dedicated Mortgage Advisor to join our team, offering an exciting opportunity to help clients secure mortgage loans by evaluating their financial situations and providing appropriate solutions. This role is for self-employed advisers, with earnings discussed during the interview.,

• Provide expert advice on mortgage options and financial solutions tailored to clients' needs.


• Guide clients through the mortgage application process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.


• Analyse financial information to determine eligibility for various mortgage products.


• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.


• Stay updated on mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends to provide the best possible advice.
  
  Must be fully CeMAP qualified.


• At least 12 months of experience providing mortgage advice.


• Previous experience in financial services or mortgage advising is preferred.


• Strong understanding of basic math principles.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.


• Knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures., Mortgage Advisory: 1 year (required)
