As a Business Analyst, you will be working as part of a Multi-Functional Team to translate the business needs into digital requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology. You will be part of a team which will "build the Airbus Digital Systems for the next decade".

The team is organised in Product and Service Lines (PSL) that have an End-to-End accountability and responsibility for their digital solutions. The role joins the Manufacturing Operations team supporting the ERP SAP solutions used in the production areas.

Should you come from a SAP background with a background in debugging, maintenance, dealing with tickets on MM, PP or QP we would be very keen to hear from you.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

  • Fully support the UK SAP Landscape to ensure rate ramp up, minimal downtime and maintain excellent levels of customer service, especially in the areas of Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), quality and demand / work order management

  • MES service management; ensuring minimal disruption to the UK business while maintaining excellent communication links with transnational Digital and Business stakeholders

  • Local MES support, enabling new deployments and testing of minor evolution to ensure the effectiveness of UK SAP - MES interfaces and landscapes and assist in the migration from local UK SAP legacy system to corporate Airbus Resource Planning (ARP).

  • Test the functionality of developments in UK SAP in order to enhance and increase robustness of the various business functions in the UK in line with the site(s) route map

  • Support New Developments or Digital Projects which integrate with SAP & Digital and ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements

  • Deal with L2 /L3 incidents across a broad spectrum of processes, utilizing your strong problem-solving skills. Ensuring Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) targets are met

    IT/Digital, Engineering, Production or Aerospace degree

  • Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering background

  • SAP-PP, SAP-MM and SAP-QM experience is essential

  • Experience of working in a manufacturing oriented business environment, This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
