Sales Support Assistant

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative to join our team. As a Sales Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving customer issues - Assist the sales team with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination - Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation - Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system with relevant information - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating product shipments - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and

support sales efforts - Support the sales team in meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals Skills: - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically - Exceptional organizational and time management skills Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.,
