Full Job Description

  • Have a good base level of language skills to enable development of strong relationships within your team

  • Review incoming customer orders for accuracy and completeness

  • Input orders accurately and effectively into our system.

  • Coordinate with other departments to guarantee that orders are processed on time

  • Evaluate and process credit requests in compliance with the company policies

  • Investigate and address delivery discrepancies and issues reported by customers

  • Collaborate closely with our logistics teams to effectively resolve delivery issues and deliver timely solutions to our customers.

  • Maintain and update the live order file to ensure it accurately reflects the order status in real-time

  • Oversee a range of general administrative responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as data entry and document management

  • Ensure appropriate use of company CRM

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, addressing various requirements and tasks as necessary

  • Engage in the use of all company communication formats e.g., SharePoint

  • All employees are expected to actively support and adhere to the core values and cultural principles of the Wrekin team
