Rehabilitation Support Worker

To assist Occupational Therapist & Physiotherapist working under supervision in providing a ward and community based therapy service to patients in Community Hospitals to promote faster recovery from illness and support timely discharge and maximise independent living., To be part of the wider Inpatient Therapy team supporting the Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists with rehabilitation programmes for patients in Brixham hospital.

Meeting the challenge of managing time, organising work effectively, whilst working under pressure and with frequent interruptions.
