Receptionist

We are looking to recruit a friendly and efficient receptionist/customer service advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a holiday resort environment helping our guests have more than just a holiday. You will be the face of the holiday resort, the first point of contact and the person they can turn to if they need help and advice during their time on resort.

By working well as part of a team and exceeding the standards of customer service you will be setting the example for the rest of the resort. Duties include guest check in, processing walk in bookings, promoting guest services & facilities, cash handling, dealing initially with customer complaints & general office duties. Full training will be provided.

• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)


• Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
  
  Applicants for our receptionist's post must be computer literate and confident working with the public. Shifts will vary from 6 - 8 hours per day between the hours of 8am-10pm and will include weekend working. This is a full time role until Nov and sometimes there is the possibility of reduced hours over the winter period.


For those looking for a summer job, we will also have part time hours at weekends and holiday periods available.
