Here at Paradigm, it is all about our Customers and we are seeking an exceptional Reactive Works Co-ordinator to assist with leading our team of Technical Co-ordinators to deliver an excellent repairs experience for all our customers. Your drive and energy for supporting your team and manager; seeking great outcomes for our customers, technicians and stake holders and your commitment to continuous improvement will see you succeed., A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident, high performing individual to join Property Services Reactive Repairs Scheduling team. The purpose of this post is to ensure quality of delivery of repairs within the target time frame and ensure efficient and productive scheduling of our technician's diaries ensuring we are offering our residents the best repairs service possible. The Successful candidate will need to be IT literate inclusive of Word, Excel and Outlook and be able to multitask and carry out daily admin tasks promptly and efficiently, have an eye for detail, and be a team player. You will work collaboratively with front line repairs customer services and promote #drivingimprovement and #workingasone with Paradigms front line technicians. It's fast paced so you will need stamina and resilience with a real focus on quality.
Duties include:

  • Scheduling of reactive works in our customers' homes

  • Accurate updating of our database and systems

  • Issue emergency works to technicians

  • Update calls to customers to ensure effective communication

  • To provide support to our technicians and senior technicians.

  • To provide support to our contractors and ensuring their works are completed in within our SLA.

    Previous experience in customer services, either in a call-centre / service centre operation or property maintenance environment.

  • A commitment to excellent service delivery and the ability to deliver customer outcomes

  • A Team Player with the ability to communicate well across all levels and support colleagues.

  • A methodical approach with strong problem solving skills to maximise effectiveness in the role.

  • Working in a fast moving and ever changing environment, with the ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to plan workload, manage time effectively and meet deadlines whilst working under pressure If you have the experience, the skills and determination we would really like to hear from you.
