Quality Manager

Reporting to the Plant Manager, it will be the role of the Quality Manager to manage the quality of product produced and all associated Quality and Environmental management systems.,

• Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day quality operations ensuring product is tested, manufactured, and certified as per technical norms and customer requirements.


• Management of the destructive and non-destructive testing activity.


• Management and control of the product and system auditing.


• Management and control of all relevant QMS systems - ISO9001, ISO14001 etc..


• Lead and manage the development of preventative / corrective actions.


• Manage proactively any technical queries with customers providing all necessary guidance.


• Manage activities surrounding reporting on carbon declarations and sustainability.

Requirements

· Evidence of previous experience working within a similar role.

· Metallurgical knowledge would be an advantage
