Production Line Operative

As part of the team you will be involved with the production and assembly of quality double glazing units including bespoke designs.

Daily responsibilities include (but not limited to);

To ensure daily production schedule is complete

To ensure all paperwork/records completed

To ensure that work area/ site is kept clean, clear and hazard free

To work competently as a team

To comply to company rules and policies

To ensure all products are assembled to highest standard of quality

Work with team and management to maximise productivity and efficiency

Ensure all production is performed /completed in accordance with specification, instructions and individual requirements.

Report all accidents and machine breakdowns

Carry out machine maintenance

To work in other departmental areas dependent on staff & business needs

Excellent hand eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Role involves Heavy lifting.

Personable and have the ability to work within a multi-site and multi-disciplined teams

Flexible can do approach.

Capable of working to detail and within given tolerances and measurements

Self-driven, quality orientated with a can do attitude, reliable, tolerant and a good communicator.

Numerate and literate, must be able to perform basic mathematics equations and have the ability to read and understand works orders.

£11.44 - £13.50 an hour - Permanent, Full-time
