Private Client Solicitor

With a focus on the opportunity to advance your career, role is for a for a qualified and experienced solicitor to join our Private Client team in our bustling Worle office.

Although the position is full-time and mostly office-based, the right applicant may be eligible for flexible or hybrid work arrangements., Your duties as a Private Client Solicitor will include advising and assisting our clients in a variety of legal matters involving trusts, deputyship orders, wills, and probate.

A successful candidate will promote and develop both the department and firm and in doing so, maintaining the firm's reputation.

To continuously develop personal skills and experience in the field of private client. Be up to date with changes to legislation and current trends.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced legal environment. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in the legal field.

• Be a solicitor regulated by the SRA


• Have had at least 3 years of PQE


• Ability to manage a full caseload


• Recent private client experience


• Excellent attention to detail, IT skills, organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and ability to meet deadlines.


• Demonstrate great communication and client care skills,


• Establishes a strong work ethic and a desire to advance to a leadership or senior role.

  The annual salary range for this position would be determined by experience and qualifications; in the region of £50,000 with an additional yearly bonus paid monthly.
