Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our Managing Director (MD) and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks,

  • Answering Phones: Efficiently handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking expenses, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements..

  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and coordinating promotional activities

  • Airbnb Bookings: Manage Airbnb listings, including handling inquiries, reservations, guest communications, and coordinating cleaning services

  • Assisting MD: Provide administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and conducting research.

  • Chasing Outstanding Invoices: Follow up on outstanding invoices, communicate with clients regarding payment status, and ensure timely collections.

  • Payroll: Assist in payroll processing, including maintaining employee records, calculating hours, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.

  • Diary Management: Organize and manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

    Requirements:- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office suite.

    - Strong organizational and time-management abilities

    - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
