Full Job Description

As People Systems & Data Analyst you will manage, develop and oversee the day-to-day activities of our HR department's systems and data. Responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity, managing relationships with internal and external clients, administering key benefits, and providing crucial insights through data analysis.

Serving as the point of contact for all HRIS issues, ensuring the reliability and security of our systems while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency. Additionally, developing standardised reports, manipulating data, and identifying key trends to facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.

Managing project work, advising on data protection, and supporting the HR management team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services; optimizing our HR systems and processes to support the strategic objectives of the organization while upholding data integrity and confidentiality.

We have an exciting opportunity for a People Systems & Data Analyst to join our Central Services, People Team on a full time, fixed term basis. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.,

  • Level 4 or above qualification in data analytics

  • Qualification or relevant experience in SQL

  • Intermediate or advanced qualification or relevant experience in PowerBI suite

  • A minimum of 2 years experience as a data analyst or people data analyst

  • Housing sector experience or relevant knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge and experience of Data Protection, including implementation of statutory requirements.

  • Knowledge and understanding of GDPR

  • Ability to work with sensitive personal information and maintain strict confidentiality.

  • Excellent IT skills and experience of using a wide range of ICT systems, including HRIS systems.

  • Excellent communicator with ability to build and develops effective working relationships with others to meet shared goals.
