Full Job Description

We are looking to appoint an experienced People Advisor for South of England. You must have proven experience of delivering generalist HR support to managers and implementing change programmes. The successful candidate will be required to travel regularly across the region which may also include the need to stay away from home on some of those occasions.

You will have good knowledge of current employment legislation and understanding of its application, including the management of change, consultations, redundancies and general employee relations issues. The role will also be leading a Preventing Illegal Working Project therefore knowledge in this area is essential. It is essential that you are an excellent communicator and able to prioritise your workload in a pressurised environment.
