Order Coordinator

Tasks

In this role you will coordinate the end-to-end delivery process of our FLUID INTELLIGENCE product line. You will Interface with all relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation to deliver product on-time and on-budget.

You will:

• Own the delivery process for all product orders, that includes procurement, planning, production, testing and despatch.


• Have direct responsibility of on-time and on-budget delivery of all FI product orders.


• Coordinate with function heads to organize all delivery activities.


• Identify and coordinate engineering change requests and product improvements.


• Be a key member in Product Life Cycle management.


• Maintain and communicate related product technical documentation, that covers the whole design package, BOM, costings, manuals… etc.


• Support the planning and execution of new product introduction.


• Act as the central point, internally and externally, for all product related topics.
  
  Previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar role where end-to-end order coordination is key to success.
