Full Job Description

Update relevant spreadsheets daily to ensure smooth running of operations

- Build relationships with customer by engaging with them daily and assisting with due dates and any order queries, ensuring top quality service is provided at all times.

- Working closely with the picking and packing team to ensure orders are picked, packed and sent out in a timely manner to customer demands especially urgent, same day orders.

- Working closely with goods in team and assist when incorrect items come in and arrange appropriate returns notes.

- Chase overdue purchase orders for delivery ETAs ensuring dates are updated in Intact system.

- Produce Job Cards for all OEM hose kit orders ready for production.

- Management of all Advice Note, Job Card and other documents in terms of scanning and uploading onto Intact system.

- To monitor and report KPI figures for information and review within the business.

- Ad hoc project work to support Head of Operations and business.

- Responsible for helping the business to identify opportunities for improvement as part of our business management and quality strategy. Also, to flag up any risks to our QMS from the operations you carry out.

- Be involved with and support any audits within your department and comply with all internal/external audit resource and certification bodies.

Educational qualifications that demonstrate proficiency in English Language and Maths.

- At least two years' experience in customer service.

- Excellent IT skills.
