About the role:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team on Night Shifts, based at our busy hub in Ryton-on-Dunsmore.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the Night Operation including the deployment of staff.

· Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting of operational and financial data.

· Coordinate Hub Tours and interviews.

· Support with the onboarding process for new starters.

· Verify rights to work documentation for new starters.

· Answering incoming telephone calls efficiently and professionally.

· Monitor and report agency staff attendance, hours and pay.

· Create and receipt eBis orders for consumables and services.

· Confidential maintenance of employee personnel files and related data.

· Maintain employee holiday records.

· Record employee absence, issue and process RTW documentation.

· Minute meetings and maintain Live Disciplinaries records.

· Complete and issue standard letters for formal meetings.

· Maintain computerised and manual attendance systems.

· Processing leaver details.

· Request and monitor the issue of ID cards to all Hub employees.

· Carry out general office duties.

· Issue PPE and uniform to staff.

Experience required:

· Proven administration skills.

· Must have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.

· Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.

· Highly numerate and literate.

· Must be fully conversant with Microsoft Office.

· Must have a confident and professional approach when dealing with internal and external agencies/departments.

· Prepared to train on internal systems.

· Capable of producing operational and financial reports.

· Excellent organisational skills.

· Knowledge of basic business etiquette.
