Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the learning experiences of our future programmes. We are a dynamic company that uses immersive and experiential techniques to achieve measurable outcomes, so the work is varied, interesting, and rewarding.

This role will sit in our Design team, which works closely with our Commercial team to design bespoke learning & training solutions for our clients.

We are looking for someone who understands the Psychology behind performance and behavioural change, who can add their expertise to the Design team, and provide specialist support to the Commercial team.

As a key player within the Design Team, you will be instrumental in designing innovative learning activities to engage and develop learners, whilst meeting the needs of the client. The role will also involve looking at the latest learning technology and research to ensure the services Fieri provide remain cutting edge and highly effective

SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE

  • Use individual expertise to support the Lead Consultant in designing and developing the Fieri product library that serves as a valuable source for all our marketing and learning materials.

  • Provide content design and innovation for upcoming programmes, to include event agendas, slide decks, learner activities, workbooks, online dashboards, facilitator guides and surveys.

  • Play an active part in the measurement of programme effectiveness, quality assurance and change management to ensure training is relevant, grounded in reality and achieving positive results.

  • Ensure existing material is properly referenced and supported by contemporary academic consensus

Our core team work across the UK and we endeavour to facilitate co-working and in-person get-togethers as frequently as possible. Other members of the Design team are based in the South/South West of England.

  • Strong academic background in Performance, Sport, or Occupational/Business Psychologist. This is essential for this role.

  • Knowledge and/or experience of adult training methodologies and their application.

  • Experience of conducting learning needs analysis and in designing training material, Or a demonstrable ability to do this, drawing on prior academic work.

  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills to oversee the end-to-end process of programme design and development.

  • Willingness to get stuck into design work right from the beginning

  • Salary from £30,000 - £45,000 depending on experience

  • 36 days Annual leave. This total includes the bank holidays (England)
