Mobile Area Coordinator

In your new role as a Mobile Area Coordinator you will need to adhere to the main duties listed below:

-To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures

-To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required

-To undertake additional duties in line with capabilities as required

-Ensure cleaning standards are maintained to the agreed specification

-Ensure all operative wear the correct PPE and uniforms during working hours

-Ensure materials and chemicals are used effectively

-Ensure sites have sufficient material and chemicals on site

-Ensure staff are working professionally and effectively to meet contract requirements

-Address any standards issues effectively

-Constantly review standards on site

-Travel between multiple locations to support SSM

-Monitor staff performance

-Support on Merlin system across sites

-Compliance

-Supporting the operation in Southwest & Wales on LBG and BOI contracts.

You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivery excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

In order to be successful in this role you will need have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous supervisor experience is desirable and essential and have a flexible approach to the role. You will need to be open, honest, self-driven and determined. You'll need to be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
