Full Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and tenacious Account Executive to work with MSPs in the UK market. This position will represent the entire Heimdal platform to our prospects within the UK territory. There is a cross-functional element to the role, using marketing, channel, product, and other teams to further your strategy and expansion.

You will report to Alex, our Global AE Lead. You will be based in our Leicester or London office.

Your day-to-day

  • Finding new business opportunities for the company, recommending solutions to prospects and converting generated leads into new customers

  • Close business and drive long-term growth with MSPs in the UK working closely with our Distribution partner

  • Conducting sales presentations and leveraging all available resources to grow your territory

  • Establish strong customer relationships at all levels, representing the entire Heimdal® platform to our prospects

  • Act as a stakeholder in the overall sales strategy together with your manager and peers for your territory

  • Identifying, progressing and closing the sales of products, enhance sales and customer satisfaction

  • Working directly with customers to learn their goals and establish how Heimdal® can meet them

  • Deliver strong operational excellence, including forecast accuracy, SFDC discipline, and long-term growth strategies Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Heimdal's competitive positioning in the marketplace.



  • Responsibilities include establishing strong customer relationships at all levels, advanced solution selling capabilities, conducting sales presentations, and leveraging all available resources to grow bookings within MSPs in your territory.

    You will be accountable for a personal sales budgets and execute on sales strategies within the Account Executive department.

  • Good sales- and consultative skills

  • Polished presentation- and communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for building trusting relationships

  • Excellent data organization and analysis skills

  • Proven ability to lead the sales process and close business deals

  • A self-starter and good problem-solver

  • Willing to grow and help other team members grow by offering and accepting feedback and help when needed

  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment, with a high adaptability and positive attitude Being a firm believer in the data of sales, knowing success is a combination of hard work, strong prioritisation and high-quality activities.



  • What you bring to the team
  • At least 3 years experience in business development or sales roles, selling SaaS solutions

  • Experience selling to MSP's highly preferred

  • Career history of consistent success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • At least one year of experience in IT/Cyber security and a good understanding of the security and threat vendor landscape

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to become the trusted advisor to your customers Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
