The ideal candidate will have 5 years + experience in real estate with a strong emphasis and proven record in selling luxury properties, they should have a proven leadership background while showcasing the ability to motivate and manage a team, and the capability to monitor performance and conduct regular sales reporting.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve business targets
  • Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubbizzle
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results
  • Oversee the entire sales process, ensuring seamless transactions and client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance business strategies
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on team performance, market trends, and key metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling property campaigns
  • Ensure superior service in all levels of the transaction
  • Attend networking and property events to ensure visibility

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong background in both sales and leasing of residential properties
  • Proven sales results
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role
  • Presentable with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive market
