YOUR IMPACT We are searching for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant with 3+ years Admin experience to support multiple managing directors and their respective legal teams across various office locations/time zones. Previous experience in supporting executives or lawyers and managing complex diaries is essential. The role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail. Responsibilities

Supporting MDs and their teams of 20+ people Maintaining detailed calendars and prioriti s ing meeting requests Providing legal spend management support and proactively managing legal billing for the teams Allocate team members to Engagement Letters and NDAs from bankers, coordinate NDA reviews with vendors, and maintain records in Excel and internal databases Book travel arrangements (cars, international flights, accommodation and visas) Expense management, ensuring expenses are processed in a timely fashion Coordinating internal meetings with senior leaders and high-level stakeholders at the firm and forming good relationships with Executive Admins throughout the firm Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their teams Maintaining a strong understanding of firm policies to allow handling of certain issues independently Responsible for participating in general administrative duties and taking on ad-hoc requests as required Skills: 3+ years of Admin Assistant
