Full Job Description

  • Deliver amazing Business Intelligence products - Work hand in hand with our stakeholders to understand their needs so that you can design, develop, and deliver class leading BI products (these usually take the form of Tableau or Power BI dashboard). You'll know our BI product catalogue inside and out meaning you're familiar with what we are already displaying and what we aren't.

  • Driving positive business change with problem-solving data skills - Being fully invested in how our business works, how our stakeholders use and consume data and how you can personally improve each of these topics.

  • Own our Cold Data Business Intelligence processes! You will be seen as the owner of pre-sales data for the business and be seen as the champion of our cold data products. The better we nurture and understand our pipeline of future customers, the healthier and stronger we become as a business.

  • Put the "I" into BI! Pro-actively review BI content every day to provide business insights and spot opportunities to improve the content, and our business.

  • Previous experience working in a high paced data centric environment.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL & Python.

  • Strong knowledge of data visualisation and ideally experience with Tableau/Power BI.

  • Experience in data analysis and be comfortable working with large volumes of data.

  • The ability to convey complex measurements and KPIs in an easy-to-understand format.

  • Good familiarity with Azure data tools and processes.

  • Strong ability to create and maintain excellent working relationships with teams, and stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.

  • Track record of hosting and driving workshops and meetings to get results.

  • A pro-active approach to learning new technologies that will drive the department forward.

  • Good organisation skills and the ability to manage a changing workload and support the team with the same.

  • The ability to be an ambassador of data, making sure we're always thinking about security and governance.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
