Full Job Description

Job Purpose: As a Junior Videographer, working closely the Lead Videographer your primary role will be to capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content across various projects and platforms. You'll collaborate closely with our creative team to bring ideas to life and ensure our content remains fresh, engaging, and aligned with industry trends.,

  • Utilise Adobe Premiere Pro to edit video footage with precision, meeting project timelines and maintaining high quality.

  • Operate camera equipment, predominantly Sony, to independently capture content effectively.

  • Understand composition rules to tell compelling stories through the lens.

  • Identify and optimize media formats and sizes for compatibility across social media platforms.

  • Have a basic understanding of YouTube, including uploading, tagging, and basic analytics.

  • Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop video concepts and ideas.

  • Maintain and organise video files and project assets for easy accessibility.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production to enhance content quality.

  • Have a willingness to travel to capture suitable engaging content.

  • Ability to operate camera equipment, predominantly Sony, with efficiency.
