Full Job Description

Are you passionate about IT service delivery and looking for a part time role? Do you have excellent reporting and data interrogation skills and comfortable working in a fast paced and customer focused environment? We are looking for an ITSM Lead to join us on a part time basis in our IT department.

With more than a million visits every week to our website and more than eighteen million customers a year, the use of technology is critical to both our customer offer and our low-cost operations.

What's it all about?

As the ITSM Lead you will be responsible for executing day to day activities to support the IT Service Management function. You will also be responsible for key ITSM reporting as well as the IT Service Management ticket queue and you will support the IT Service Manager with all activities pertaining to ITSM processes and the Service Desk.

You will be required to work collaboratively in support of a range of different activities, ensuring achievement of desired outcomes and a high level of accuracy and quality.

To succeed in this role, you'll be passionate about the service IT delivers to the business, have excellent reporting and data interrogation skills and be comfortable working in a fast paced and customer focused environment.

You will be a tenacious self-starter who is comfortable working at a pace and under pressure and with delivery oriented targets where planning, organising and communication are critical.
