INJECTION MOULDING TOOL SETTER

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out injection mould tool setting and material changes to the company's high-quality products ensuring an effective and efficient process.

You will be an experienced and hands on setter with a background in a manufacturing-based environment and you will have a strong mix of the following skills and experience;

• Experience of manufacturing and be responsive to customer needs


• Minimum of 2 years Injection Moulding experience


• Having a strong technical background, be familiar with the injection moulding process (setting single and two shot mould tools and having detailed knowledge of alumimum and P20 steel tools), possess good numeracy, literacy and communication skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to effectively train others in all aspects within the mould shop


• Experience of trouble shooting / problem solving and complete process setup


• Working part of a team


Forklift licence is desirable, but not essential
