HR Services Assistant - Helpdesk

You will be the first point of contact for all types of HR queries from managers and employees. We want you to focus on timely resolution or reallocation of queries relating to many HR processes for example: HR statutory checks, reference requests, planned absences (e.g. maternity leave), and contractual changes. You will understand when to escalate queries, and will recognise that this role has particular importance in delivering a consistent positive employee experience. All whilst ensuring that our records are maintained effectively and are compliant with the relevant protocols.

Previous experience of using SAP, or a similar HR system will be very beneficial, but not essential. Strong experience of word and excel is desirable, and you must be able to multitask and prioritise your workload effectively, be a good communicator and team player with the confidence to work with people at all levels.
