Full Job Description

Overseeing the management of the centre of excellence for the Ireland/UK region. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for the successful execution of HR Operations within the region of Ireland/UK and oversees and drives the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience associated with each stage of the Employee lifecycle. They are also responsible for identifying continuous improvement opportunities for HR processes and linked systems cross regionally.

  • Third level qualification in a Business/HR discipline.

  • Process Improvement experience required

  • Project management experience (diploma preferable)

  • Yellow/Green belt accreditation preferable.

  • 5-6 years' experience in HR projects

  • Specific L&D systems experience combined with process improvement background preferable.

  • Proven track record in managing a HR Operations.


  • The role holder should have, or intend to have:
  • SAP SuccessFactors (Experience is a very strong preference but training can be provided).

  • Office 365

  • MS suite, project, power point, excel and word.

  • Exceptional Reporting and Excel skills

    Indaver is now constructing a 595,000 tonne energy-from-waste plant as part of an Integrated Waste Management facility in Essex. Over a year's worth of groundworks have already been carried out and construction work has now commenced with piling activities on site. This will be one of the largest energy-from-waste plants in the UK and you will be working with an experienced international team of engineers to take the project from groundworks to commissioning (2.5years) and beyond.
