Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic growing team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations., Reporting to the Head of HR, you will:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

  • Administer employee benefits programs and liaise with external vendors as needed.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

  • Handle employee relations issues effectively, fostering a positive work environment and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Support HR reporting and analytics to monitor key HR metrics and trends.

  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in HR processes and practices.

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR generalist functions.

  • In-house recruitment experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in handling employee relation cases.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong ethics and reliability
