Full Job Description

  • Accounting for the relevant client solutions contributing to the area commercial plan within the Associate Banker roles

  • Managing accountabilities across the client, colleague, company, citizenship and conduct pillars to achieve great customer outcomes

  • Determining, implementing and reviewing of appropriate client initiatives

  • Using appropriate training, development & communication to ensure area team have an up to date understanding of new and existing client solutions/colleague processes

  • Developing and maintaining an active stakeholder map ensuring the team enjoys productive cross sector relationships across Barclays

  • Working with key regional stakeholders to maximise the Corporate banking market opportunity in the UK including issue resolution as appropriate

  • Creating a best-in-class service culture, around an accredited structure pre/post client meetings

  • Supporting and contributing to the flow of client solutions and maintain an effective record/pipeline of reporting within the sales force tool

    Experience of building and maintaining high performing teams delivering results via empowering and motivating others

  • Internal network and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience in implementing, managing and communicating change

  • Experience in influencing stakeholders
