Full Job Description

An experienced B2B Field Sales Executive is needed to join our team at Pathos Continental Foods based in Birmingham on a full-time basis. This role will be a mix of office and field-based covering The Midlands as well as other counties within the UK.

Successful candidates must be motivated and trustworthy, reliable and able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment, as well as target-driven and customer-focused. Reporting to the Sales Controller, your target customers are Wholesalers, Food Manufacturers, contract caterers and Cash & Carries.,

  • Identify new business prospects and work with them to create long-term customers

  • Maintain and develop relationships with the current customer base to solidify and grow existing business

  • Maintain our high-quality customer service by establishing and enforcing company standards

  • Identify new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors

    Sales experience and/or graduate calibre, fluent in English, with a clean, valid driving licence

  • Negotiation and prospecting skills, impactful and influential

  • Positive and friendly approach, you will be a natural relationship builder

  • Smart, professional, and organised approach with an attention to detail

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office, CRM and social networks literate

    We are expanding across the country! We are a fast-moving and established industry-leading importer-distributor of food products and ingredients from around the World, supplying the Food Service, Food Manufacturing, Contract Catering, Hospitality and Retail sectors.

    This role offers excellent earning potential with an OTE of £40,000 along with a company car, laptop, and phone!, Monthly Commission uncapped + yearly Bonus
