  • 1 x 25 hours Monday - Friday

  • Working hours can be discussed at interview along with supporting the service need.

The roles will be based in our Ellesmere Port Regional Distribution Unit (RDU) two days per week supporting the Management Team, with three days per week in situ across our Inpatient and Community sites across Wirral, Chester and Macclesfield, supporting the wider Facilities Team.

The role will require somebody who has flexibility with travelling across our Trust wide Sites, with access to transport, travel costs would be reimbursed via the relevant policy.

As the Facilities Team continues to expand the Services that it provides, these exciting opportunities have arisen. Previous experience within a Facilities Team would be desirable but not essential. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude to resolving problems and be able to step into other roles as and when required to support the service need.

The roles will have a focus of supporting the Facilities Management Team and Domestic Supervisors to provide assurance that all NHS standards are being met. This will be via the use of dedicated local and national systems.

The Facilities continues to grow and is always keen to develop staff that wish to progress within their careers, therefore the new administrators will be offered the opportunity to gain further administrative qualifications.

Recruitment selection processes are based on competence (see Person specification)andvalues.

CWP recruits people that can demonstrate the Trust's Values and Behaviours in their everyday life. Therefore, if you are invited to interview, you will be undertaking a Values Based Interview/Assessment, which explores not only what you do but how and why you do it.

Before applying, we encourage you to review the Trust's Values and Behaviours which are 'the 6 Cs' Communication, Competence, Courage, Care, Compassion and Commitment. A 'Guide to completing your application form' can be accessed on the right side of this page under the job description.

The Supporting Information Section in your application should therefore reflect your understanding of the Trust's Values and associated Behaviours. You will be expected to provide us with examples from work experience and/or personal life which demonstrate these values through your behaviour.

If you have a disability that meets the definition set out in the Equality Act 2010, and you can show that you meet the 'essential' criteria described in the person specification for an available position, please answer 'YES' to the question: 'Do you wish to be considered under the Guaranteed Interview Scheme?'

Please inform the team if you have any special support needs to be considered as part of the interview and selection processes.
