Full Job Description
- Fettling castings
- Leading fabrications
- Use of MIG welder - steel & aluminium
- Use of workshop powertools & machine tools
- Reading engineering drawings
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our workshop department, who is open to meeting new challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience in workshop fabrication; ultimately building high quality & ornate structures in aluminium and steel, as well as fettling castings. - a recognized welding qualification or significant experience in lieu
- Have a good eye for detail
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Experience of MIG welding.
- Able to work individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Experience of site work.
- Safe operation of welding & fettling equipment
- Ability to create high quality finishes
- Ability to read drawings
- Welding experience
- Ability to undertake occasional site work, Fabrication: 2 years (required)
