Full Job Description

The successful candidate will handle a variety of wills, trusts and probate matters, providing comprehensive legal services with a client-centred approach. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through the complexities of estate planning, will writing and the probate process, ensuring their peace of mind during sensitive times., Drafting wills, trusts, LPA's, managing probate applications and administering estates.
- Providing tailored advice on wills, estate planning, trusts and tax implications.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and other professionals to facilitate a smooth process.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.

A prestigious law firm is seeking a solicitor/legal executive with 4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their friendly and professional team within the dynamic field of Wills and Probate., A qualified solicitor/legal executive with 4 years PQE in Wills and Probate Law.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach to client consultations.
- Strong organisational capabilities and attention to detail.
- Ensuring that all client work is progressed in a timely manner and clients are informed on progress and on costs.

Salary upto £50,000 per annum dependent upon experience and qualifications.
