Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an ExecutiveSupport Team Leader where you will be required to be the main point of contact for all queries in relation to the Executive Assistants and you will be required to line manage them and their work objectives. You will also provide full administrative, EA and secretarial support to the Chief Executive enabling him to achieve his strategic goals. You will be responsible for all financial matters, budgetary management and monitoring and the management and co-ordination of the ECP process.

You will produce and keep up-to-date the forward plan and schedule of meetings for all EA's and their respective CLT members, ensuring that they properly plan and prepare for key meetings, coordinate reports and papers, take minutes, track progress of actions, enhance effectiveness by supporting the achievement of functional activities and actions., People are proud to live and work in Slough where diversity is celebrated and where residents can enjoy fulfilling prosperous and healthy lives.
