Highway Resource Solutions (HRS) was established in 2011, following the death of a Road Worker in Lincolnshire, UK. This tragic incident, caused by an errant vehicle, was the catalyst for the development of an Incursion Warning System for road workers which is now recognised as best practice by industry and Highways England. HRS specialise in the delivery of digital services and assets for sectors in temporary infrastructure, including roads, rail, utilities, and event management.

Our Missionis to provide technology-based safety solutions that will help to significantly reduce injuries and fatalities in temporary work zones, whilst providing the travelling public with accurate real-time information.

The Role of Digital Administrator:

The role is busy and varied, providing support to the company's customers and delivery team. Working alongside colleagues you will provide excellent customer service and will foster excellent working relationships.

Working within our operational team, your duties will include the liaison with key customers, accurate data entry onto various systems, populating programmes displaying all works, designing and amending road work zones on our digital platform, and the preparation of specific and ad hoc customer reports.

The position is full time and based from our Head office in Bottesford., Accurate data entry onto various systems,

- Preparation of customer reports

A confident and organised individual, you should be able to challenge and think innovatively, service focused, highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with great accuracy. - Good communication skills and confident phone manner

- Good organisational and time keeping skills

- Proficient in the use of a PC, the Microsoft Office suite or software and ability to work with other business systems

- Some understanding and working knowledge of excel

- An ability to work within a high performing, fasting moving team

- An ability to prioritise and work to deadlines

- An ability to work under your own initiative and within a team

- Highly motivated and have an enthusiastic attitude

- Ability to learn new software

General hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
