Full Job Description
The Role will be responsible for ensuring the hire fleet is ready for rent. The Depot Fitter will conduct inspections, servicing and maintenance of a variety of equipment, mainly Welfare Cabins, Generators and Tower Lights. In addition there is a requirement to conduct electrical testing (MPBA electrical qualification required - MPBA training can be provided). The successful candidate must be flexible and manage programmed maintenance along side reactive maintenance repairs to meet the demands of the hire industry.
- A relevant mechanical qualification (City & Guilds/ NVQ/ IMI/ Irtec in vehicle maintenance/ mechanical engineering)
- Experience in welfare or plant
- Previous field service experience
- Hold a current CSCS Card - preferred
- Hold MHE Forklift - preferred
