Delivery Driver

Reporting directly to the HR Manager, your support is vital to the pharmacist in the provision of the delivery services. You will be handling important medication and ensuring it gets to where it's needed. You will be part of a hard-working and established team working in the pharmacy, and will be involved in developing relationships with patients and in order to ensure that we deliver the most effective customer service. • To maintain a neat and professional appearance


• To manage the daily deliveries and be responsible for planning the most time effective route


• Sort and process all relevant paperwork as per the Company's Standard Operating Procedure


• To handle customer complaints in a professional manner following correct company procedures


• Maintain the company vehicle to a clean and professional standard


• To comply with the confidentiality code and data protection regulations
  
  Candidates must hold a current UK driving licence


• Experience isn't essential as we will support you through your development and ensure you are given the appropriate training to carry out the job.


• Candidates must have good customer service skills. Candidates must also be able to perform well under pressure, and work as part of a team.


• A good knowledge of the medway location and surrounding areas would be beneficial!
