Full Job Description

  • The Customer Operations Team manage our customers through their journey with us from order to completion. You will be responsible for booking surveys, installations etc, dealing with customer queries and producing installation documents.

    We work in a fast passed, positive and friendly environment, we love to work together as a team to achieve shared goals. The feedback we get from our staff is 'I love working here' that's what we want, more than just a job we want you to enjoy coming to work, that's our aim!, We are seeking an administrator with 5+ years' experience, ideally within the construction/plumbing/heating/utilities industry (although this is not essential).

  • Good literacy in Microsoft outlook, excel and word (at intermediate level) is essential. We have our own customer database software; full training is provided.

  • We are looking for a highly organised individual with a positive and proactive attitude
