Customer Service Advisor

Day to day, you'll be answering the telephone and handling email enquiries, taking on-hires and off-hires from our construction industry customers. You'll also raise quotations, input orders on our dedicated hire system and also be liaising with our operational depots and transport department to arrange deliveries and collections.
